Please explain why. I was thinking of getting me an account there myself.
How are they scammers? Paypal is a scammer too? They might suck sometimes but they are far from scammers. I have sent and received plenty of money from both places.

@retry epassporte are blocking very often accounts if you will get bigger amount of money in it.They will ask for your ID and a letter/bill where your name and adress is on it (for power,gaz,rent).Their support also sucks very if you have an issue you can be sure it wont be fixed.Only you can get by the phone are the words : I'm sorry Sir we are unable to do this or that and please sent an email to our issueoffice which could take a week to get you a nonsence email back.But if you use real name i think you shouldnt have any problem with epassporte
paypal are scammers buttt epassporte well their a bit betterWell... i had the same question as you and i have contacted epassporte
