Is it possible to get an epassporte account that you dont have to add $25 from a credit card to?

I don't wish to put this money in as I am only using it for affliate.

you need to verify your account
2 ways :

a) load money with credit card
b) load money with bank account

if you dont do that, either one of the 2 options, your account won't be enabled

How are they scammers? Paypal is a scammer too? They might suck sometimes but they are far from scammers. I have sent and received plenty of money from both places.

@retry epassporte are blocking very often accounts if you will get bigger amount of money in it.They will ask for your ID and a letter/bill where your name and adress is on it (for power,gaz,rent).Their support also sucks very if you have an issue you can be sure it wont be fixed.Only you can get by the phone are the words : I'm sorry Sir we are unable to do this or that and please sent an email to our issueoffice which could take a week to get you a nonsence email back.But if you use real name i think you shouldnt have any problem with epassporte

Epassporte is no scammers, they have rules that we should just follow and everything will be fine.

Back to the topic, I can get epassporte accounts for free (Verified and with the card). PM me.

Well my PayPal is loicked. I have done all the things they asked me to and it is still locked after 6 months. So I prefer to try something new
