Hey, I recently had the same problem, but in my case, I took a break of 3 months. I started posting again and using stories like "New post" or some short videos from my niche. Be sure to use low comp hashtags(this really helped me), now one of my accs gets 50% every third post. Just keep at it and customize which time of the day you post, hashtags and post regularly with a call to action in the caption. You'll get back on track, don't worry.
