I used to have an engagement rate of around 30%. It is now less than 1%.
I used to get 20k+ views on every single video guaranteed. I now get less than 2k on all guaranteed.
This happened after I stopped posting for a week.
What the fuck can I do because this is ruining my livelihood!!!!

Hey, I recently had the same problem, but in my case, I took a break of 3 months. I started posting again and using stories like "New post" or some short videos from my niche. Be sure to use low comp hashtags(this really helped me), now one of my accs gets 50% every third post. Just keep at it and customize which time of the day you post, hashtags and post regularly with a call to action in the caption. You'll get back on track, don't worry.
