Im sorry for hearing your situation. it is sad but try to travel somewhere, beach? mountain? to heal your mind. And think about your family to get over it too
go and train a fighting sport i promise you will be clear and relaxed after beating someone up or getting your ass beat up. this was true in the movie fightclub.Since the end of the New Year in my country, I have hardly been home for a meal cooked by my wife. I have been home almost only 1-2 days a week. Every night I am in a state of insomnia and anxiety. I prefer to live in the company.
My actions are getting slower and slower and my mind is getting numb. I started to think of ways to relax, to get massages, to go to the pub and ‘burn’ money. Drinking a lot of alcohol. But when I got sober, I lay down on my bed and started to think.
My head started to hurt, I couldn't see inside myself, and I started making plans to buy luxury cars, new toys, and satisfy my vanity. But then I struggled inside. There was always a voice inside telling me to stop everything.
I couldn't study calmly anymore, couldn't think in a calm manner. I have become weak inside and I often reminisce about the past.
I think I'm sick.
I have been on similar situation that you are in. What I did before, is to look at the sky and stare at it for few seconds and not to think at all. Or, you can try "somatic breathing" it may help you.Since the end of the New Year in my country, I have hardly been home for a meal cooked by my wife. I have been home almost only 1-2 days a week. Man, I really feel you on this one. That kind of mental spiral—running on fumes, chasing distractions, trying to outrun your own thoughts—it’s brutal. Thank you for sharing this—it takes strength to be this honest. What you’re experiencing sounds like emotional burnout, not weakness. When your external world moves fast and your internal world feels lost, it’s a signal to pause and realign. Consider speaking to a mental health professional—it’s not a step back, it’s a way forward. Healing begins with clarity.Since the end of the New Year in my country, I have hardly been home for a meal cooked by my wife. I have been home almost only 1-2 days a week.
