Hello everyone, I'm currently running my own business and want to verify it so I can run ads for it.
However, my verification was rejected.

I filled out all the information exactly as it appears on my business license, but it was still denied.
Does anyone have any tips to make the verification process easier?

Thank you for your attention.

Make sure everything matches 100% — business name, address, formatting, even abbreviations. Small differences (like “Ltd” vs “Limited”) can cause rejection.
Also check if your website, domain email, and public records show the same info. Sometimes they verify from external sources. If all is correct, just resubmit calmly — many get approved on the second try.

Have you tried to appeal or submit additional documents? Sometimes Meta asks for extra proof to verify the business.

Double check that all details match perfectly, even small things like commas or abbreviations, and upload clear high-quality documents. Also make sure the business name on the ad account and website is identical to the license. Small mismatches or unclear files often trigger rejections.

The issue is often caused by very small details related to formatting or data consistency. You can review the following points:
  • The business name must match 100% character by character, including capitalization, punctuation, “Co., Ltd”, “LLC”, etc.
  • The address in your submission must exactly match the one on your business license (including ward/commune and district).
  • The business license image must be clear, not cropped at the corners, and without glare.
  • The information in Meta Business Manager must match your tax registration details and country of operation.
  • The business should have a website and an email domain that matches the company name (if required)

If you've tried several times and it's still not working, you can contact Meta support directly to find out what information you need to modify or add.

I tried 3 times at 2 different Business Managers but it was still not accepted

In this case, you should contact Facebook's support team directly to discuss the issue and provide evidence for further consideration, instead of simply appealing through the automated system.

Have you contacted facebook support? If not, this is the first thing that you should do!

The issue is often your website, not just the document you uploaded, go to your website's footer and make sure the legal business name and address match your license letter for letter including llc or inc,
Also try uploading a high-quality pdf scan of your license instead of a photo because their automated system often rejects images that are slightly blurry or have bad lighting.

Verification is a paid service. There are a few specific types of people who can do this.

I tried to contact them but only received a bad response.
It didn't help me at all.
Maybe it's not really a matter of information.

business verification issues usually happen because details across documents website and account dont match perfectly so double check business name address domain ownership and legal docs consistency then resubmit with clear readable files since most failures are system mismatches not manual rejection and once info aligns approvals normally go through after review

In this case, you should contact Facebook's support team directly to discuss the issue and provide evidence for further consideration, or you can opt for a paid service for faster processing.

From my experience, most verification rejections happen because of small mismatches.

I’d double check:

  • The business name matches exactly (including LLC/LTD, commas, spacing).
  • The address is written character for character the same as on the license.
  • The documents are clear, not cropped or blurry.
  • The website shows the same business name and address.

If everything matches, I’d wait a bit and resubmit. If it keeps getting rejected, I’d contact support and ask which field is causing the issue.

Make sure all the information you provide matches. Sometimes meta reviews by the system may be rejected the first time, but try a second and third time; it might be approved.

You need to provide complete business information to Meta and then verify and follow their instructions, a 50/50 chance. haha

Please ensure that all documents you verify are identical, especially if you need to verify multiple times. Carefully check that all details match perfectly, even small details like commas or abbreviations, and upload clear, high-quality documents. Also, ensure the business name on your ad account and website matches the name on your license. Meta will only verify if all information matches.
