No such site has that information on it.
Many companies do not put their employee info in the internet (intranet, yes) so if you find something it will be incomplete and probably some sort of illegal site to boot.

I was speakiing for the USA. I've worked slaved here for a good 15 years. Been through plenty of employment history checks. Some problematic and others not so much. Perhaps I was wrong though.

I mean that there's no official database of everyone's jobs/employement history, except potentially secret lists run by the Illuminati/NSA/Aliens/whatever.
Your best bet would probably be LinkedIn, like @xiapan suggested.

your employee can be screened for sexual crimes and crimnal crimes that it, but only you and employee can get this info, it not public it between you and your employee via full consent ...
this can only be done if the job involves any contact with children while working ...
