I never thought of resetting the flags that way. What prompted you to try out such a particular solution, and why do you think it worked? It seems like a programming error on IG's part, but maybe there's a better answer.

Well I tried this - the email verification didn't work when I submitted the email code through incognito chrome - it just said - SUCCESSFUL

and directed me back to the login page. No pop-up came up that said "it was me" after I submitted the MassPlanner verify button

Btw guys, this email verification problem is caused by the accounts - not the proxies. I have accounts bought by one provider which only have gotten PV notifications, and one provider which has only gotten email loops.
I didn't even know how bad email loops were until today (I activated these new accounts from the new provider today) and they are all in email loop now.

Any help would be appreciated - the google incognito thing still doesn't work (maybe I'm just not following the steps correctly...)

HELP!!

No, you have to access the IG account on a clean (residential/home/mobile) IP from chrome, do the e-Mail verify once, then login normally after you've e-Mail verified from the clean IP. After you've logged in, you should try and log into your account from your proxy IP by clicking "Verify" in MassPlanner while still logged into your clean IP. Then, a pop-up should show up on the clean IP asking if it was you. After you say it was you, log out of your clean IP and into your proxy IP, then you'll be set.

It's a combination of the proxies and the aged accounts. Aged accounts will get stuck in a verification loop if you do not verify on a RESIDENTIAL proxy or wireless.

But that's the thing, even if you verify them on residential IP's, they'll still loop when you move them to proxy IP's. Pavlo's method eliminates the proxy email loop entirely.

I'm telling you guys to try manually verifying in chrome/firefox/ie/opera before putting in MP. Try typing in the login info too, rather than pasting and submitting real fast. Obviously with the proxy you're going to use in MP.

Exactly - I Email verified from the incognito window and got the code and it said "activation successful" (once again, on the incognito page), but when I click "ok", it sends me to the login page. (With "create an account and all that).

I can create an imgur album and show you guys

EDIT: Hold up...I may have my VPN on still...lol

Yeah, this works for a few accounts. I add hundreds of accounts per week, so this method is of no value.

and why is this? It's entirely viable for as many accounts as you need it for. Heck, you could even create a bot to do this.

I was on a VPN at the same time I was on my iPhone's hotspot.

And I don't want to cast a bad shadow on this new light that we have discovered - but because we cannot use proxy IP's anymore -- I think they will be able to track us down much quicker with these email verifs.
Basically, I can't do this 10 times on my hotspot i don't think, because it'll all track down to one IP, right? (assuming I'll get this again in the future)

The good thing about mobile IP's is that (if you're using a standard carrier) they change every time you turn airplane mode on and off. 2 button presses and ta-da, you're untraceable on a new residential IP and can live to give the middle finger to Instagram for one more day.

Glad it worked! Well i knew that connecting via cellular data will get you a fresh IP, and ig will consider it healthy. i also saw that email loop is caused by bad proxy, so i added 1 & 2 and tried what i tried and it worked ^^'
I think it worked because instagram refuses to verify under suspicious IP in order to "protect us", since we did it with an OK ip and proved we own the account, saved !
