I had the problem, I've always done 1 proxy per account and never changed my provider. It fixed itself when I waited a couple of days and updated MassPlanner. Honestly, I think it was the update and not the waiting, so I'm not sure what others can do now.

Yes is a proxies problem...buy virgin intagram proxies and use 1 per account

I was using virgin Instagram proxies and still got stuck with the email loop. I don't think it's the proxies.

I solved it by changing proxies. Others say they waited for few days and problem fixed itself.

Had 2 accounts stuck the other day, but i somehow managed to avoid it. Stll need to check on what caused it..

how did you fix your 2 accs?

i have 3 accs stuck, i can verify them with no proxies and get past the loop, but once i switch to my proxy they immediately need verification again

so i just re verified 2 of the accs with no proxy and letting them sit for 12-24 hrs and trying agian with proxy. the 3rd account is perma locked cause i kept trying to verify too much, e-mail verification loop has me in chains right now, besides that my accs are running fine with a few phone verifications every now and then

I kinda solved this problem for few accounts, what i did was this :
1) Used 3G/4G tethering to my computer
2) logged in chrom INCOGNITO in the infected ig account
3) verified it by email
4) pressed "verify" in massplanner, went back to the chrome incognito
5) the browser showed this :

I chose "It Was Me"
6) account status on massplanner : VALID
did some follows and still valid.

Here you go, i hope this was a good solution, and accounts won't get back to the email loop again. But we never know

@Thaman cellular data, your phone's internet connexion, 3g dongles would work

This is very strange, when I get the IG phone verification and I enter a new number with same area code doesn't work, the button doesn't stay in " submitted" however when I use the phone that is stored (I no longer have access to this #) the button verification works!! WTF! any solutions?

The same thing... Started to happen even with only 1 month old accs.. Even the MassPlanner feature to overcome mail verification loop using the api doesn't work

They are semidedicated proxies I need private proxies to be sure...I've tried a lot of proxies providers and from all of them I got banned. (Proxy-n-Vpn, Instantproxies, Proxyblaze, GreenhouseVPS, Proxymillion)
