Email submit offers that convert instantely. Help please!!!

Hello. Thanks you a lot for your thread! I LOVE THIS FORUM 4 LIFE! Could you help me? I am with a little problem. I am working with CPAS4LE, LEADB0LT and ADSCENDMMEDIA and when I search for email submit offers I cant offers that convert on click of the button "submit email", i just can find offers with 2nd page convert with zip , adress etc. Maybe the problem is I am working with shit cpa networks? I tried to singup with neverblu3 and they kicked me off :s

Please someone can help me? Or maybe that offers dont exist and i need to change something else...

incetive networks are easy to get in cause they dont care about traffic, and you will never find a email submit in their but i know adscend does have email submit offers.

adcend have Amazon Bestbuy and Visa Giftcards email submits.
which i am promoting now days LOL.

It's irrelevant cause I already know how to iframe and blank the referer But thanks for your reply Adscendmed1a is like others I checked, has email submit offers but dont convert on email submit :S
