I propose to use leaders of the market - MailChimp for sending, they have high inbox rate.
You can send 12,000 emails a month to a list of up to 2,000 subscribers with MailChimp's Forever Free plan.
For getting paid subscribers, you may use Wordpress plugins with PayPal, Stripe, Bitcoin platforms to getting pay for membership and integrate to MailChimp.

Companies like mailchimp , aweber getresponse will not allow you to send mails to paid list.. you must have double optin list to use their services.. better to setup your own server.. you can use software like interspire/mailwizz and powermta .. drop a pvt if you have any question

So you bought an email list or it's a list of buyers?
I've been monetizing purchased data for over 16 years.
You ideally want to buy fresh / targeted 3rd party data. Which is data users have provided permission to receive messages from third parties. Which is 100% can-spam compliant.
Clean the data using a reputable list hygiene company and send it using ESPs, SMTPs, etc... for the best deliverability.
Trying to do this with you own servers / IPs is a losing battle unless you know what you are doing and you have the funds to do it right. Using your own servers/IPs, the IPs you get will at best have neutral IP reputation and you will have problems inboxing top domains.You will need to warm up IPs and doing it with purchased data is next to impossible. You either need a high quality list to start with or you need to domain target your data and just mail to the domains that you can get the best delivery with using the IPs you have.
Everyone recommending to novice mailers to get their own server / IPs is such BS and most are just taking advantage of them!
With ESPs / SMTPs that use shared IPs, you can piggyback off the good IP reputation built up by the other users.

hire some one at fiverr they will not only give email marketing services to you but will also generate real traffic

Depends on the volume you want to send per day .. You need a server and multiple ips on based of your requirement ..
Servers and IPs cost you montly and one time installation fees. drop a pvt if you have any question

Your post makes a lot of sense, where would you suggest I buy data in the MMO niche and how much will you typically pay. I am currently set up using Interspire sending scraped data but the results are not that good and the stats from the server in now way match my tracking stats, we know its numbers game so just need to get a decent CTR
Any help or advice most welcome, please PM
