You can use the contacts to grow your own buisness through email marketing by using good softwares which will use automation to reply to your clients. Your contacts will recieve emails on times you select and the content you write. Their are various platforms for that too. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and Mumara are one of many.

You can sell something other than your hotel. Let it be some product you make or some services you provide.
