today i have just realized that i have about 10 000 of email address who has visited my hotel

during last 6 month

any suggestions how can i use this email list ? to make money online ?

i am a hardworking person, and if there is any possibility to get really good money for that,

i am ready to work 6-8 hours per day and do all my best to achieve something

if there is anyone who, let me know how to get money from this mail list i will share 40 % from the income

Make a fake email, with a fake name and pic and everything, Join an affiliate program, and send size pill links to everyone on the mail list to get PPC (Pay per Click)

You can actually do a lot of things.
You can sell the contact list to any email marketing person. They are mostly looking for it..

You can use the contacts to grow your own buisness through email marketing by using good softwares which will use automation to reply to your clients. Your contacts will recieve emails on times you select and the content you write. Their are various platforms for that too. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and Mumara are one of many.

You can sell something other than your hotel. Let it be some product you make or some services you provide.
