Make sure your list is targeted.
Clean your list.
Choose/test offers and email copies/subjects.
Make your emails look personal (Mention first names, add other personalization about the company the person....)
If it's B2B mailing, showcase your previous work with similar companies, show some case studies...build trust.
For sending you'll need to build your own SMTP servers if you have the skill to do it or use a premade solutions to send from Gmail/G-Suite, Zoho....

if you have targeted lists you can squeez juice from it with relevant offers,
and if you have cleaned lists (less bounce rate) you can earn $ for longer.

i mainly use scraped emails lists but targeted ones in a niche

What I Have Learnt ?
1. Scrape targeted leads
2. Verify those leads with REPUTABLE email verification platforms
3. Use a good email platform to send your emails BUT warm up, warm up and warm up before you start sending huge volume
4. Follow up
5. Send good and catchy emails with offers that converts

In my experience, Zoho will ban you for using their SMTP credentials to send emails.
The best solution is to build or buy an SMTP that can handle bulk email sending as most of them can also be used for cold emailing.
