Can you rotate through proxies using software and submit harvested email lists?

You want to submit emails into your own cpa links using proxies? Don't do that.

You'll make a crap ton of money, just to watch it get frozen in your affiliate account by the CPA network for having spammy traffic that has 0 conversions.

Yep it is that easy. However the network won't pay you and you'll have your account terminated. Don't do it.

Ok, that's called fraud.
Imagine you are advertiser who is investing money and I am the publisher who is giving you these useless customers.
How would you feel?
Please do note that there is a difference between blackhat and fraud...

You can use rotating proxies. For example you buy 50 ports of proxies and each 10 minutes on these ports are attached fresh and new proxies. So all the time you get new proxies - this way it will work. Check my signature, we have a good offer for a rotating proxies
