Thanks to @BassTrackerBoats , i have been watching the spaceX falcon heavy launch on youtube live. Seeing this tesla roadster floating in the space is literally insane.

Sorry if I didn't respect the etiquette. I actually thought about continuing on the thread, but the initial thread was more about @BassTrackerBoats watching the launch on his garden rather than discussing this "historical" marketing moment which is my point here.

I see this thread as a different point as well.

I don't think it is duplicate myself.
 
What if this launch Failed? In the previous years, he used the money that profited from the sales and funding of Tesla's projects.
Was there anyone like him, had the courage to device a business plan like this in the past?
