I have read countless threads and am considering Elastic Email as an EMS for sending messages to a fully cleaned, non opt-in B2B list. Many of the threads, however, are aged, and I'm hoping to get answers from someone who has recently used them.

- Has anybody used them within the past 3-6 months?
- If yes, can you objectively or subjectively opine on the deliverabiilty/inbox rate?
- Can I piggy-back off their reputation or do I need to use a Private IP and build my own?
- Can I send HTML templates or will all-text messages be required in order to reach inbox?
