I have emails of a list of users who would be a good fit in having their websites re worked with new and professionally designed content. Yet how do I properly pitch my idea to them to convert this into work.
Explain to them that you noticed their content isn't optimized for their keywords (if it's true) and that you specialize in writing "researched" and "unique" content that will engage readers while also being optimized for search engines (which will increase their "ranking potential").
Of course, since you're really focusing on conversions, try to personalize the email if you can and review client sites and demonstrate in the email that you took at least a couple minutes of your time to review "their" site.
Mass mailing will result in significantly less conversions compared to personailized emails.
Also, be sure to attach samples of your content to the email (or a link to your online portfolio) and offer an alternative way of contact (include your Skype name).
