Unfortunately, my existing Google MCC Ad account has been deleted. But as far as I know, I have never violated any limits on my part. I have contacted Google support but have not received any response from them yet. But when I am going to create a new Ad account, it suddenly asks for a payment method and asks me to create a new campaign. In this situation, does anyone know of a way to add a campaign and a payment method for now and open an account by skipping the campaign? And how can I restore my previous account?

If anyone knows the correct way, please let me know.

  • You can skip campaign creation only if Google shows that option (“create account without a campaign” / skip recommendations). If that option is not available, there is usually no normal way to bypass that step.
  • The payment method is added inside the ad account: Billing Payment methods Add payment method.
  • If the old account was suspended, it can only be restored through an appeal. Google also warns that newly related accounts may be suspended as well.
  • If the old account was canceled (closed, but not suspended), you can simply reactivate it.
The most important thing is to check whether your old account was actually suspended or just canceled
Good luck brother

Did you delete it yourself?
Wait for a response from support.
When creating an account manager (MCC), Google doesn't force you to immediately create an ad campaign.

you should wait for an answer and see what options they give you. There is not much to do

Did you give anyone access?

To appeal a banned account, you just need to submit a reactivation request using the standard form. If your account did not violate any policies, it will be reviewed and may be reactivated. Creating a new account and setting up a new campaign is mandatory; you can use a clean-content domain to create the campaign to increase the chances of approval.

If support hasn’t replied yet, it’s usually best to wait a little longer while keeping communication open with them. For the new account setup, try following the normal onboarding steps since skipping required fields or trying workarounds can cause more problems later.

For skipping the campaign setup, just create a dummy campaign with a paused status and $1 budget, then delete or pause it once the account is open. For the deleted MCC, keep pushing Google support, sometimes it takes multiple tickets to get a human to look at it.

If MCC deleted then hard to recover, best wait for support reply, and for new account just add card and create simple draft campaign then pause it.
