thanks for this but i try this it is not good list

Why not search for yourself using footprints like

Code:

intext:"powered by wordpress" inurl:*.edu , intext:"post your comment" inurl:*.edu

etc?
You can then filter them by PR, or so on using scrapebox or something.

Several of those links work perfectly well... learn how to register in a forum and you will get your BLs...

i try all mostly not good and some is offline sites and i know how to get backlinks mostly sites backlinks in profile also guys tel me how i ping my links to fast index in google to get good ranking

Have you tried WMT's default "fetch as google" and "submit to index" option for indexing?

My friend you need to do some research, you're basically asking "spoon feed me my money". Experienced folks above gave you good hints: search using footprints, read this forum or buy links from the marketplace.
