Try Google or buy some from The Marketplace.

Why not search for yourself using footprints like

intext:"powered by wordpress" inurl:*.edu , intext:"post your comment" inurl:*.edu

etc?
You can then filter them by PR, or so on using scrapebox or something.

My friend you need to do some research, you're basically asking "spoon feed me my money". Experienced folks above gave you good hints: search using footprints, read this forum or buy links from the marketplace.
