I set up a static page but I want to edit some details, I don't seem to be able to do it through the control pannel .
The items are in files in the "theme-compat" directory notably I want to take out the "comments closed" text on a static page.
I've opened the file in Plesk and can edit it but not save, it's owned by apache not me I need to sort out the permissions.
But Plesk doesn't seem to enable me to re-set the the rights.
Error Message:-

So how do I successfully change permissions and edit the file?
