editing sig

you have to click the spanner icon edit bb code not just load the sig box
what happens when you click the spanner icon to edit the bb sig code
thats where its going wrong with error pages after clicking edit bb code
option

I pressed the "use bbcode editor" and now I see the code. Still no problem.



Looks like you are getting the cloudflare challenge page. Perhaps changing the IP and clearing cookies etc might help.

thats the box im missing - been there 10yrs now i just get this
where that box should be, working 4 me til last week now gone awol
ive had same ip on bhw 10yrs my home ip, nothing wrong with ip
but ill delete cookies n re login - still same.

Have you tried clearing cookies/cache/etc after the cloudflare protection was stopped?

The BB code editor works fine for me, both on the signature editor and on forum posts, so I doubt it's a forum/server issue.

i did some digging
If you are the site visitor:

The IP address you came from recently had bad activity online, so Cloudflare will present a
challenge before you can access the website. Here's what you can do to solve the problem:

1. Passing the captcha will help reduce the threat score associated with the IP address.
If no bad activity is seen from the IP address after a two-week period, then the challenge
behavior will stop against that IP address.

2. You can also request that the particular site you're visiting whitelist your IP address when
you pass the captcha and send a message to the site owner. If the site owner decides
to whitelist your IP address, it does two things:

a) It allows you to access that site from that IP without further challenges for that site.

b) Helps correct false positives with IP data, which further helps reduce the threat score associated with the IP address.

this only happened this week - i been here 10 yrs same ip [ bad activity ? ]
ive pmd DD see if white listing my ip fixes it - something havnt tried
i only use bhw/twitter/fb/amazon/youtube/ da fk is bad activity ?

tried usa vpn still same.

ty for the help today DD. still cant access sig
but with DD as site owner he was able to do what i
needed editing in my bb code.
hopefully it clears up soon, cheers boss

@Diamond Damien issue is happening when trying to create a marketplace thread too mate, tried in incognito mode, problem persists, can't create the thread :S

doesn't USA vpn works better ? at least for me it had better results than other ones.
