I’ve been trying to do this for months and the people won’t reply. Support won’t reply after initially replying.
I changed my skype and other information and nobody’s helping. My money is going down the drain! I’m desperate! Someone please help urgently!!

The best way to get this done is actually via support ticket which you can submit here - support.blackhatworld.com.
If you have already done that then please wait patiently for a reply.

If you have been submited multiple requests then that could well be the reason why your request has not been actioned.

Opening a further request in the form of this thread probably won't help matters.
