I opened eBay account with real name, address, bank account and non-voip number and this got suspended after 3 sales approximately a month later.
I contacted ebay many times and been as nice as possible, but yet they gave me no reason and saying we can't help.
What I can do to reestablish this? Since I used all real, an attempt to open new account will have all same information and I'm afraid they will close it again. This is actually trademarked brand and I need eBay presence.

Honestly ebay tends to shutdown new accounts if you were previously banned, this is what I heard. I am not an expert.
I think you are better off making a new account with a new ID maybe your friend's.
