eBays seller account suspended.

I opened eBay account with real name, address, bank account and non-voip number and this got suspended after 3 sales approximately a month later.
I contacted ebay many times and been as nice as possible, but yet they gave me no reason and saying we can't help.
What I can do to reestablish this? Since I used all real, an attempt to open new account will have all same information and I'm afraid they will close it again. This is actually trademarked brand and I need eBay presence.

Absolutely not. As I mentioned, this is trademarked brand and we actually make product by our hands.

Honestly ebay tends to shutdown new accounts if you were previously banned, this is what I heard. I am not an expert.
I think you are better off making a new account with a new ID maybe your friend's.

Use good antidetect browser, then use fresh ID details. Do not use same details, you will be foched.

This is was an account with my real information so I don't have much other options.

I have had the same issue and what you can do is contact them and ask them for the procedure to send a front and back image of your identification to prove that you are you .

I did that and also send electric bills (real ones) with my name on it. Didn't help. All this was a year ago, I'm not sure if I can ever try again. I don't have anyone I can trust that much to run it under their name because putting a lot of investments into this company and eBay account would bring good chunk of revenue.

Not necessarily so, you can try again after at least 3 months, everything will be fine, but you need a method to warm up it before create seller account.

A straightforward method is to initially set up a purchasing account. After a short period of about a week, proceed to buy a few items, and avoid using your old phone number... A red flag is to create a seller account immediately after setting up the account.

Start selling when your eBay seller account (from the day you become an active seller) is at least 1 month old. eBay scans the 1-month-old and 3-month-old milestones. If you successfully pass the 1-month-old milestone, you'll have a 90% safety assurance as long as you don't violate any selling rules.

Active seller as in have attached my bank details to ebay and ready to sell/list products right?

It's not necessary to provide banking information when registering to sell on eBay. You have a few months after your first order to fill in payment information.
