How is it with eBay and MC081 / MC113 / MC999 suspensions. Do they ban every information provided like name, DOB, or physical address or do they only ban email, phone and IP?

Mostly email, phone, and IP get banned name and physical address usually aren’t but using the same info combined with other identifiers can still flag a new account

For codes like MC081 / MC113 / MC999, eBay doesn’t just block email/phone/IP. The account itself gets restricted or suspended and that often ties to multiple linked identifiers (like payment methods, linked accounts, past history). Name, DOB or physical address aren’t “banned” in the same way, but if they’re tied to a suspended account, new accounts with the same info* can get flagged too

My eBay account got banned and I am thinking of starting a new LLC but my concern is that account getting flagged when I upload my ID. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

Yeah I’ve seen that happen a lot. Usually once an account gets banned creating a new one under the same details can get flagged again
Best approach is to either properly resolve the original account issue or start fresh with clean details and take it slow in the beginning

It’s definitely more than just email/IP. eBay tracks a lot - like your address, device, maybe even patterns in how you use the account. So once you get one of those red flags, it’s not super easy to just start with a new account.

Yep, not just emails or IPs. eBay seems to link a bunch of signals—payment methods, address, device patterns, you name it. Once an account is suspended, a new one with similar details can get flagged fast. I tried a fresh start once and it still felt risky, so I stuck to cleaner setups and took it slow.

From what I’ve seen, it’s not just email/IP - eBay links everything they can.
That includes name, address, DOB, device, IP, even behavior patterns. Once you get hit with MC suspensions, your whole “identity cluster” can be flagged. Changing just email/phone won’t help much, they still connect it back. You basically need a clean, fully separate setup, otherwise new accounts get limited fast.

From my experience, all those MCs come very randomly.
More often than not, an account with similar/same details has been banned in the past and their automated bot links it with your brand new account somehow.
