Its very easy to setup ebay stealth, there's a blackhat trick that will make your life 10x easier.

The stealth ebay account is easy to create, the real problem is the bank account.

With managed payments, you should have a different bank account for each account.Otherwise all accounts would be linked.
Also, as someone said earlier, many VBA don't work anymore and (in Europe) Ebay requires the bank account payee name to match the ebay account name.

So, the real difficulty is finding stealth bank accounts.

Trust me , not all now. Many prepaid banks blocked on ebay, and ebay security system not allowed link it.
