I'm not sure , if it's fresh and private then it's ok bro .
I think that residential IP/Proxy is good for eBay stealth , but it's quite expensive .

And a residential IP is a waste of money, normal proxies from proxyandvpn work just fine.

Ditch the VPSs as well.
Just create a new windows user, match the windows time zone and language to UK (If your account is a UK one)
Create a new chrome user,
Install Proxyswitchomega, Webrtc Leak Shield, HTTPS Everywhere,
Enable the $2 a month proxy and you're all good to go.

Bro how? Do I use a dedicated vpn or a proxy ? What is the difference ? And what site would I get a proxy from … I’ve never used a proxy just vpn

You should never use VPN as VPN are basically mass shared IP. Meaning, if anyone out of the hundreds or thousands of people using that IP does something black-list-able, that IP will be f***ed.
I have question about my stealth account. I recently reach over the $600 threshold of sales and now eBay requires me to verify my information including SSN for the 1099-k form, I heard I can get around this with a EIN which I do have but does the EIN have match my real information for eBay to accept it or can I just use the stealth account information and just put my EIN for the tax ID using the stealth account fake info?
