I know if your ebay account is suspended you can't create another account on the same pc. What if I created another account on another pc, posted a listing, then logged in on my suspended pc. Will I still get suspended for logging in to the account.

You can create another account on your same PC. Make sure to made a new user account first and change your IP.

But yes you can get linked and then suspended from signing in if you have the same IP and keep your cookies.

Ok but the thing is my account right now is on its seller limit and don't want to risk calling for higher limits so that why I want to create a new account. So changing the ip and adding new username etc will work BUT will the same paypal account work as well for fees and payment option for buyers?

No, when you create a new account everything needs to be different and new. New user account, new address, phone, bank account, paypal account, IP, etc.

Didn't work. New ip, new user, new paypal, new vcc, new everything. When I list an item it says I have reached the limit because it is somehow linking to my actual account which does have its seller limit reached. I don't want to wait a month.

I guess ill try from another computer to make an account but the issue will how can I access it from my pc when a new ip is not working for creating a new account.

Did it specifically say you were linked? Having 0/0 limits on new accounts is happening to a lot of people recently, but it doesn't have to do with linking to an old account.

Well no. No message or anything about being linked. It happened on another account I created too. IF its not being linked then how can I fix the limit issue?

I'd say getting 0/0 limits right off the bat basically means you've given ebay reason to be suspicious of you. They haven't linked you to a banned account or you'd be indefinitely suspended, it's just that somewhere in your methods you're doing something they think is common among stealth users, so you'll have to change that up.

The problem is that it could honestly be a variety of things. As mentioned above, the phone is a great place to start. Just buy the cheapest prepaid phone you can find. Most even comes with free minutes so you wouldn't have to spend anything beyond the initial purchase. Try using that along with your current methods. If you still get 0/0 limits, start changing things up one by one until you find the problem. You don't even need to verify the paypal first before turning it into a seller account (I never do, especially now with working vbas being a rarity). Maybe try switching up your IP service? For example, if you're using a VPS to create the accounts, try tethering instead. Or if you're already tethering, try using a hotspot, etc.

For what it's worth, I create new accounts almost daily with a fake name and only got 0/0 limits once recently (though that was for an entirely different reason).

Nevermind I found a thread with an answer by you which is the answer I need. Thanks.

Everything was fine for few hours then I got this.

Hello ,
Thanks for selling on eBay. It's important that we speak with you about recent activity on your account. Because of this activity:
- We've temporarily restricted your selling privileges until you call us to verify your account.
- Any active or pending listings have been removed. You can see a list of removed items below.
- We have credited any associated fees to your account.

To prevent your account from being closed, please contact us within the next 48 hours at this link (you may be asked to sign in):

Some say it is because i listed a high priced item or huge name brand item when I just created my account. They want me to call them to verify but I can't risk that. Anyone know why or what should I do?

You should edit your ebay user ID from that post.

48 hour MC999 isn't a big deal, a lot of new accounts get it. This is usually caused by listing too fast (or listing too many items on a new account), or listing a high risk item. It can usually be avoided with waiting a few weeks before listing your first item, making sure that first item is low risk, and doing some newbie ebay stuff like searching and clicking on help pages.

But since it happened, your only choice is to call them. This type of MC999 is pretty easy to overcome which is why I said it isn't a big deal. They'll ask you information on your account (name, address, phone number, etc), ask you what you were selling, where you got the item (make sure to emphasize that it's your personal item and you didn't buy it from a store, it's something old you've had for a while), and basic questions like that. You have to play dumb and make it sound like you're really a new user. They might also ask:

- Is someone else helping you run the account? Say no.
- Are you calling from a landline, cell, or VOIP? Say cell phone.
- Is this item for sale outside of Ebay? Say no.

Again, just make sure to give off the impression that you're a newbie who just registered to sell junk from his house and you'll pass that part of the verification. The final step is that they will put you on hold and check you account for any red flags. If you use a shared VPN/proxy, or something equally as risky to ebay, the account will be permanently suspended here. But if all looks good, the account will be restored.

Yea I just decided to try and raise my current ebay account's limit instead with it being semi stealth. I hung up 2 times due to my screw ups and 1 time they sent me a verification thing in email to send in which I aint doing. The next call, I know I have it down good and will get my limit increased but there closed now so tomorrow BUT the risk of my fully stealth one today linking via ip within 48 hours if I dont do anything could be an issue even though I used a new ip.

Not a good idea to call about limit increases. If this account is in a variation of your name, then when they pull up the public database questions, that can link you to your suspended account. If the account is in a random fake name then they won't be able to find you in the public database and will ask for identification (sounds like that's what happened to you). Best to let increases happen naturally by being a good seller.

Well I have random name on eBay and address is new. PayPal has my actual info BUT it has been a while since my eBay has been suspended (not fully suspended just not able to sell). The stealth accounts after that got fully suspended. It might have even been on a different pc though. I waited 6 months before creating a new one (current one). At the time every account would get suspended being linked to suspended stealth account but now they don't. I'll try one more time calling and if they need serious info like ssn or something then I won't call anymore.

EDIT: I screwed up and they sent me 6 messages all saying suspended account. Well I shouldve listened and not called them.
