Why do I keep getting 0 and 0 limits on my new accounts?

I'd say getting 0/0 limits right off the bat basically means you've given ebay reason to be suspicious of you. They haven't linked you to a banned account or you'd be indefinitely suspended, it's just that somewhere in your methods you're doing something they think is common among stealth users, so you'll have to change that up.

The problem is that it could honestly be a variety of things. As mentioned above, the phone is a great place to start. Just buy the cheapest prepaid phone you can find. Most even comes with free minutes so you wouldn't have to spend anything beyond the initial purchase. Try using that along with your current methods. If you still get 0/0 limits, start changing things up one by one until you find the problem. You don't even need to verify the paypal first before turning it into a seller account (I never do, especially now with working vbas being a rarity). Maybe try switching up your IP service? For example, if you're using a VPS to create the accounts, try tethering instead. Or if you're already tethering, try using a hotspot, etc.

For what it's worth, I create new accounts almost daily with a fake name and only got 0/0 limits once recently (though that was for an entirely different reason).

You are using invalid or blacklisted information when making the account.

Just successfully made two accounts using burner app as phone # and doing the "ebay uk" trick as mentioned on aspkin forums.

Dont believe all the stuff you hear, the reason this is happening is because ebay updated there algothrium, so before selling they automatically run information of your account to see your a real person. Just to see if you pull up in the information from a public database. If they cant pull it they put the account at 0/0 until you call. If you need help let me know, I can increase any stealth account limit to 100/$5000 limit, doesnt need to be aged, could be made the same day

Hello i tried to open 2 new ebay accounts in the past 2 weeks and they both have 0/0 limit . I really dont know what i did different than before first time it happens. I list one new item like a old pair of no name brand jeans for 1.99 start or a eye pencil which is 1.99 start too. Is something different going on. I use callfire forwarding numbers could that be the new problem they are tracking?

I tried to call ebay about my two new accounts being 0/0 they are experiencing these huge call volumes i can't even get a hold of an operator. Both are stealth accounts. The problem is i list one item first time and just something no name cheap item they put my limit at 0/0 right of way. This is the first time this happens to me in like 3 years I don't know if they updated something new. It could be maybe the forwarding numbers i have no clue???

Ebay can tell the type of phone you're using and if it shows up as a VOIP or something similar, most likely they've started blacklisting those. It's best to use a prepaid phone - they can't blacklist AT&T/Sprint/Verizon etc without suspending the whole country

They do this because you have use a phone service they do not like or adding bank account to fast

first register a buyer account, wait for a week then upgrade it to a seller account

It's been tried and tested through the US, account creation method, VCC and phone affect this massively. Tracfone is the preferred option.

Try different methods. Create the eBay and go through to create the PayPal when you register as a seller.

It does happen randomly, even if you do everything correct. You could get the account verfieid and the selling limit will increase to 100 items and 5k. If you need help on this just add me on skype
