Ebay Scam ? - Help

send the invoice dont give him the paypal email

now wait for the payment, when u ship the laptops send a message using ebay message system with the tracking number

So he wants your paypal address in order to pay the amount directly to it?
Not quite sure what he sees as his "advantage" in doing so. I suppose you will send a high-price item like a laptop with a tracking number.
So if he says "item not received" and wants a refund from paypal, just update the tracking number on pp and he won't get one single cent because paypal see that it has been delivered.
If he says "unauthorized payment" (meaning he did not make the payment, his account has been hacked), then he might eventually get his money back! I say eventually, because if it is not the truth (he MADE the payment and was not hacked), paypal will find out. Even if they refund him, update tracking number and you will also be refunded. You are protected by paypal seller protection, does not matter if you sell on eBay or send paypal invoices etc ..... only thing, he MUST send the payment for goods, not service, gift etc.

That is 101% scam. Report the buyer.
