i sell on ebay for 3 years now, i dont have a lot of orders and this is the first time that i have this problem.2 guys order one of my products i dont have this product available now ( long story ) so i send my buyers message to cancel the orders they agree so i open the cases on resolution center and they cancel the orders.my question as i didnt find an answer need to refund them or the ebay refund them ?

thanks in advance guys

In this case, you should refund them manually yourself. Ebay takes your money automatically only when a buyer opens a case, not you.

thanks for your answer i will refund them asap because we cancel the orders 2 days ago

I'm sure that ebay will refund them, as ebay hold their money until you deliver. If you have the money in your paypal from them though, do it manually.

the money is on my paypal.i follow the steps from ebay faq that says if you wamt to cancel an order as a seller must first send a message to your buyer then open a case on resolution center and if buyer wants to cancel the order.but i didnt find an answer if the money refunded from ebay or i should refund them

You need to send the buyer a message first on eBay to cancel the order and then refund them through PayPal.
I still get stuck with eBay fees sometimes though.

if you open a case on resolution center when the buyer cancel the order you will get the fees back from ebay
