I've been restricted from selling on ebay
I've read about stealth solutions from many sources
But I have a question hope someone could help me out
I've unlinked my credit card from paypal, I'm looking to create another paypal account for my new ebay account with different informations, my question is if paypal identify my new account and linked it to my previous account wich still alive, so they can share this information with ebay or not ?
I hope to heard a response from experts and thanks in advance
