u can use phone number forwarding service.i see someone selling this type of stuff in aspkin forum in "buy,sell or trade" section(usrname:123)

It depends on the restrictions made in that country,paypal just follow it.In india we only receive payments and cant send payments unless we have a credit card attached to it.

Hi Mate,
I have a new ebay account, that means I dont have any previous feedback and deals on my account.
I just won a bid of a camera and now seller is not giving it to me, he is saying, that I have no feedback score, so he wont be going to send the camera to me and he will refund my money..
but I won this camera with good price and I really need it..
what can I do?
how can I get feedbacks if no seller will sell to me..?

I have 2 paypal accounts one which is a stealth account and the other is my regular account with real info on it.
the problem is i have $45 on the stealth account and i am trying to get those funds.
i have a VBA that i use on my real account,.
can i use the VBA that i use with my real account on the stealth account to withdraw the funds?
or since its a little amount should i just use a buy button and purchase my own item and get the money that way?

Hey Redclover, Can I link a bank account to my paypal? My bank account is a minors checking account. I can do everything normally (atm, withdraw, debit card, etc..) but my parents have access. Will paypal suspend me for being under 18 if I use this account to withdraw my money?
Question 2: I am a new seller on ebay and have a 10 item selling limit a month, Can I make a new ebay account and attach it to the same paypal? Or will i be banned?

never trust this guy, he is scamming people like us., paid him 200$ 7 days ago, for US Bank Account, he never send me anything, when i file dispute, he told paypal that i ordered seo package from him., what a sh*t dude, i do SEO business.
is this how you make money with paypal? selling fake product, when client make a dispute you gonna say we (clients paying for SEO package)
if you want proof, i take image file with our chat conversation, since im new in this forum, i cant post images, links, because i am tracing this guy where he post his scam products so i can notify everyone that this guy is full time scammer.
please admin ban this guy, or he will scam more people in your good forum.

Hi there, I was just wondering if you could please help me understand how this guy here is doing his Paypal checkout process on his website, so that he can sell what he wants and never get his account limited for selling things that aren't part of paypals user acceptance policy etc.
He has a form linked with paypal that when you click proceed to checkout it then jumps to the paypal website with the amount and everything ready for payment.
