For what? to bypass the automatic rejection of international members who want to sign up as partners.

Has anyone international successfully registered with them?

I'm from Estonia and they have declined me 3 times. Yesterday I signed up as I'm from US and they accepted automatically. (did not use any proxy)

just used us address since ebay wouldnt check that. Im registered with us address(you can google it to get 1) and dont have any problem to received payment via pp.

Ok, just also used a US address... no rejection, but got the under review page.

Guys! Did a mistake....

I used a US address from google to register with ebay .... problem is they need that tax form filled in order to get my payments and they are asking for SSN and such!

I can't provide a bogus SSN,,, or can I? Can someone help me? Wish I used an AU address instead....
