what you are reffering to similar to dropshipping

selling on ebay will result in loss of fees and it can get frustratiting at times

if you have the $$ to invest, try dropshipping. although you need $$ in everything trust me or else things get hard. TRUST me.

replace ^ search term above with what you want to search like for ebay, i'd type

ebay site:blackhatworld.com

and bamn bitch all the ebay related results of BHW will come.
you could further press the tools tab, press the date tab and enter a custom date, i usually start from 2000 to current date and press go. then click sort by revelance and then click sort by date. all the latest threads come that way.

you can also try this

intitle:ebay site:blackhatworld.com

this will bring in all the threads which have ' ebay ' in the TITLE of it.
the previous command was for ' ebay ' in anywhere in the page.

I think to create a store that's good idea, but a particular product, you need to use loyal payment aggregators

I've heard mixed suggestions about this. I've heard to go with a store to list products and partake in arbitrage and ship the products yourself for this list if you want to see higher profits. Others say dropship to avoid dealing with inventory, but the con to this is lower profits or not having a selection of hot products.

Another con is that you're dependent on somebody else doing their job correctly, which always is a risk.

Good point. The drop shipper sending the wrong item or taking long vs you handling it.

Setup your own. Talk to couple of service providers here to rank your site.

Ebay is a rip off. Unless you have highmargin items, its not worth it.
