I am thinking of selling online using ebay or amazon. Can some recommend which is better and why?

amazon is better because you will sell large number of products not in your hand but in amazon store

Yeah I recommend Amazon. Better then Egay

I use both. They both have their perks. AMAZON pays straight cash, but it's every two weeks. Ebay pays right then through paypal. I sell a lot on both. I personally think Amazon is easier, you just need a barcode or keywords, whereas you can just plug it in. Ebay you need to write a description. Hope this helps!

UPC codes are free, they should come on the products or tags of the products.

The pay out automatically every 2 weeks but you can request a settlement whenever you like.

Thanks, but I am talking about my own product which don't have UPC because no one else makes them. I have been selling them on eBay but to list on Amazon I need UPC. The few place I checked are asking around $ 100 per UPC.

How are the Amazon fee's compared to ebay's fees? I haven't tried selling on Amazon and ebay fee's are killing me since they double dip with their paypal fees.

Amazon is 15% and ebay is 12% with paypal taking another 3%. I prefer amazon because you get paid for shipping.

I prefer Amazon, although it is not available in many countries.
