Hello, I have followed the forums for while and loved the info, but I did not see an answer to my question so here we go! First Post.

Anyways, I opened an LLC and then registered an ebay account for it. After calling in to raise selling limits, they asked if they could verify my personal identity from public records. If I give them my real info and they verify it, will they realize that I used to have an account (that got banned) with them and suspend me? Please let me know what I should do. Thank you so much folks and glad to be a member here.

Yes. They will ban your new account. Edit: And if you had a due balance they will begin to try charging the bank account and credit cards from your new account.

The best thing you can do with a stealth account is NEVER call. Let the limits raise automatically, yes it takes time but you won't run into problems. Now you're in a tough place as there's a good chance if you don't give them the verification info in a few days time they will suspend your account until you do.

I would wait and see if they suspend your current account. You might get lucky and they won't do anything; in that case do not call in anymore and wait for the limits to raise automatically. If they do then suspend the account then perhaps you'll have to find someone else to call in and verify as them. If not, time to get another stealth account.
