eBay invoice issue

So one of my buyers asked for a refund because the product was not delivered. Then ebay deducted the amount from my PayPal account and on eBay it shows the buyer is refunded. But the amount is debited on my invoice which I already paid through PayPal. So do I have to pay again?

It happens often, a quick call to eBay customer service will solve the problem.
 
Just call them, and provide the transaction details of the refund. Ez fix
 
But the thing is it's a stealth Account.
