eBay invoice issue

So one of my buyers asked for a refund because the product was not delivered. Then ebay deducted the amount from my PayPal account and on eBay it shows the buyer is refunded. But the amount is debited on my invoice which I already paid through PayPal. So do I have to pay again?

This is why you do not use stealth accounts, you should just use a different payment system or just quit selling on eBay.
