Hi,

Ok il get straight to it, I purchased jeans just over 2 weeks ago from a guy with good feedback, he gave me a tracking which a few days later it had said "delivered", now i did not receive anything so the seller asked me to ask the neighbours, which i have yet no sign of the package.

So he contacted royal mail and they spoke to the delivery person and he/she says it is delivered.

Now i dont know whats going on, either the neighbours are lying or royal mail have lost the package and trying to cover their backs.

Please can anyone advise me in what i can do.

I contacted the seller again asking him to sort this out as i am not at fault in this and obviously not happy

Thank You

Ask ebay staff for help. They can resolve the issue. There's a section about it in terms of service/user agreement.

Have you checked the tracking number ? It should have your signature if it is confirmed delivery. If they dont have that then look for a refund. The seller can get compensation direct from Royal mail, thats not your problem.

Thanks guys, yea it says delivered on the tracking number, however it didnt require a signature, apparently the manager in royal mail interviewed the delivery person and he/she specifically remembered delivering the package, no idea whats going on. Anyway just got a reply from the seller saying he will send a replacement.

heres the tracking number: FJ659559927GB

Glad the sender is going to send a replacement. Of course it could very well not be the sellers fault OP.
Someone could have stolen your package or Royal dropped the ball on this one.

Who really knows.

Maybe someone took it off your porch? I dont think you should leave tracking out in the open
