Yes, first time with no problems.
I listed 5 websites that I own (have many more), some of them didnt even have content.

I got in first time too, maybe they don't like micro niche sites?? I'm not exactly sure as I used one of my authority sites when I applied. I know that they do like quality though, so maybe they frown on autoblogs??

The don't accept people with 4 billion+ thanks... that's common knowledge.

I applied a while back and I have some very decent sites that
have unique content, lots of backlinks and good PR but they sent
me a similar turn down email.

I have no idea why either so I scuttled the idea of promoting
them and moved on... makes no sense why they turn down some
people.

A lot of members including me have had this problem lately. One common denominator that I have noticed is that we are using WP-Robot..

I failed couple times too before, but then came across this blog and it gave me couple ideas on what to do and even more important - what not to do. Have a look yourself, you might find useful stuff there. Even better - put a post with your website address, Sam really knows his stuff and might give you an idea or two. Who knows...

yes, epn is quite unpredictable nowadays... god knows what they want.

I'm from UK, and i didn't get accepted.

Why not try again, it may work this time. Someone may just select all and decline selected ones. Because they do get loads of applications, and it would probably take months to check each and every single one.

If you apply again once a week until they accept you. From what i see, there is nothing wrong with your site.

I am from the UK and I got in, but it was a long time ago, I think it has got harder.

I had such problem lot of times too and still did not got the account approved unfortunately

However I have lot of eBay traffic. You can PM me if you have the account to monetize it

I created a program that assist power buyers on eBay and has been approved by eBay dev team. Actually it's geared for power buyers to be able to buy more BUY IT NOW items. Have just a handful of users first few months where total sales from just a few people are 1.5-2Million a month using Buy It Now items only.

Would EPN work for this type of "traffic" driver. ...where it's repeat buyers but most of the items they wouldn't have otherwise purchased where our tool helps them to see if faster and streamline the decision making and checkout process?

Any guestimate (if this type of model works for EPN) that if we drove 5 buyer ID's on eBay to purchase 1 million/month in electronic items on eBay, what that would equate to? (a rough guesstimate does the trick for now

$1.26 or so. EPN is (basically) a PPC program.
