EBay banned everytime

I had before two accs I shop some shit and sell some has been not delivered most open disputes and some of sellers rapport me lol! I got banned for permanently. I created new account via new ip us up and now after some weeks has been banned again!!! Today I think has been some mistake done with connecting when I used VPN to change ip can that. What to do!!!???

??? Why would sellers open disputes against you unless you where trying to pull off scams? All the power is with the buyers on eBay.
 
Are you following all steps with setting a stealth account? there is guides out there listing the steps.

I 'm not a seller i'm a buyer always... GOT some problems they said i mistake some rules and now this
 
Search for browser fingerprinting and webrtc.

Make sure you use a clean system for a new account, use a VPS. You'd have to create a PayPal too, and fully verify it. Use a real billing address. Make sure you use real sim cards for phone numbers too - this is the most common mistake made.
 
Use a stealth eBay and PayPal account. I think you will find some methods on how to make them / where to buy them here on BHW.

I had registreres via vps and login via my PC ising vpn and got banned

What about when i need USE my name when i used before on the banned accs?
 
Most probably those IP ranges were already used (this is the case for most of the vpn providers), so your best bet is to use a private proxy (use vvmware and create separate machines to keep the cookies separated).

You're gonna have to read up on stuff and draw your own conclusions. This is the sort of thing that you simply can't get via regular tutorials for obvious reasons.
