eBay/Amazon features

Hello,

For those who use eBay or Amazon platforms, both from a buyer's and a seller's perspective, what advantages do you think are lacking? What could make the work easier or give an edge over others?

For example, collecting certain statistics, tracking items, automating processes, etc.

Selling fees on amazon sky rocketed over the years. If you can find good niche plus buying in higher volume in bulk can extend the margin. For eBay, certainly has less traffic than amazon but there is zero up front cost. Take many and GOOD photos and especially if you can take quick video of the product, this can make huge impact. You will be surprise how many ebay sellers post crappy photos.
