Easy way to find pages which allows HTML in comment section

I always wonder how these so called SEO gurus find pages which allows anchor text in comments. Well, today I found this little trick which shows you pages where you can actually put your link with anchor text along with comment. Just type the below given query in Google and Yahoo( use double quotes.
