Hi,Does anyone know a simple and inexpensive way to verify a Paypal account when you already have one account and don't have any physical credit cards to use?

hi friend, U can use Virtual Credit Card to verify Paypal, If u want verify USA PP , U can also use Virtual Bank Accounts.

I second the above post. Using a VCC might be the best idea. Also, there are some sellers with great feedback over the BST section so you can have a look over there to purchase a VCC.

Another way to verified is go to walmart get a walmart debit card. Put money on it, and activate it. Add the card to your paypal. Wait for the 4-7 days for the card with your name to come. The 1st card you bought is a temp. The one that come is the one that you will use are your real one and it comes with routing numb. You can now use that routing as your bank numb. Works like a charm =D

Getting VCC and address is should be more then enough for another PayPal verification at start.

You can use Payoneer debit card,it's free but you need to have funds on the Payoneer card since paypal charges it during the verification process.
