I m not going to use this PCs any illegal or shady operation.I m working some site that asked for US real IP..That's why...Already i've one Pc but i need to boost my earnings !!This is actually an important question, I wouldn`t lend my PC for illegal or shady operations, so you should answer this one first

I tried by using proxy or vps..everytime i got banned ..but i didn't use residential IPs before ...So can you please tell where can i get this ?And how much cost for buying residential IPs?

There is a seller in the Marketplace that offers a residential IP service of some sort.
I don't recall the pricing but I do remember that it is Residential IPs as opposed to proxies in the standard sense.

This makes no sense and is against MTurk TOS so it would be a no for me since I think you are not being truthful.
