I suspect xrumer service provider advertising new way to use their services.
if xrumer make a bad impact on site it will do the same on properties so you will have backlinks of penalized properties.

Xrumer Still Works And Effective But Its Suggested To Not Apply Xrumer Blast Direct To Money Site ( Specially New Sites ) And The Best Way To Blast TIER 1 Backlinks As Buffer To Moneysite And For More Safety You Can Use 301 Redirect ( bit.ly OR your own Domain )

How many links did you put in each articles of the web 2.0 blogs?
Only 1 to moneysite?

And do you put Images in Web 2.0 Site?

Not more than 2 links and Image will be good to add usually Web2.0 flag spammy articles make your property look good and not for backlinking purpose

Yes it must but u can do little backlinks building to get them index quick prior to heavy xrumer blast
