My Method Only Based On Xrumer + Web 2.0 And Its Different As Far Arrangement Is Concerned
Well there are couple of strings attached.
1. Blasting 1k profiles from my own scraped list takes about 24 hours.
2. Links only from Xrumer only may raise red flag from google, I would diversify between blog comments, videos, other web2o blasts.
And now my question
When you are blasting with xrumer, how can you use anchor text? I mean, are you using it in the signature (by using bbcode) or how do you use anchor text for "my website" field?

Yes your anchor should be LSI keyword and it will be using BBCODE
Yes i just build 5 Web 2.0 Properties Initially Once it get ranked keep building backlinks by any means

How hard is XRumer to learn to use? Or is it just better to outsource?

To all of the asking what is LSI
LSI stands for Latent Semantic Indexing
The words that are connected to your core keyword is known as LSi
For eg: if your core keyword is Black hat world then yur LSi may be
black hat seo, black hat marketing, money making, online forum etc.
If you are US based, just go to go0gle and to the left side of the website you will see wonderwheel.
Open it and put your keyword there to find all the LSI's related to your keyword.
Add those LSI's in your article (make the article look natural) and then submit it to the web 2.0 properties.
Now wait and see the results in few days.
